Somos un restaurante familiar que ha decidido apostar por la cocina castellana. Esta forma tradicional de cocinar se basa en excelentes asados de cordero y cochinillo cocinados en horno de leña, así como deliciosos chuletones a la brasa. Nuestros conocimientos provienen de la formación recibida de los grandes cocineros de la zona de Segovia.
Tenemos experiencia en restaurantes desde hace más de treinta años. Hace tiempo que empezamos a sentir atracción por este tipo de cocina al horno de leña, y debido a este sentimiento, decidimos iniciar este negocio en 2009. Se trata de una oferta nueva y exclusiva en la zona privilegiada de la Sierra de Madrid.

We have had some luck, because they took note of us quickly and brought us the appetizers and main courses, but they forgot about us completely for the desserts, so much so that we left without dessert. And we had to practically threaten to leave without paying if they didn’t bring us the bill. A totally overflowing and bad service, but it is not my fault, if you do not have the capacity to serve tables, better not to fill them for the sake of filling them, because the image and the service that is given is very bad.
And there are no photos of the desserts, because we left without it. It is a pity that a place where we have eaten well, has been spoiled by poor service management. In a city like San Lorenzo De El Escorial, where there are so many good restaurants, this crossed off the list.
The total moment has been that when we went out to the street, there was an ambulance and they were attending to a woman who had stuck her food and almost drowned. The waiter asked seriously and Fausto wanted to bury the woman… juas juas juas juas

The restaurant offers quality Castilian cuisine, with very generous portions and well presented dishes. In summer it has a terrace with good views of the Monastery of El Escorial. For those of you who do not know where to find it, it is next to the famous Charolés restaurant, undoubtedly the best in town, which is absolutely recommendable.
The tables are distributed along the two halls that the place has, one on the lower floor and the other on the upper floor. It is a family business in which all the members of the family are involved. Undoubtedly, they are people who know the business well and are good professionals.
It is located at the beginning of the famous Floridablanca street, that is to say, very centrally located. It is not easy to park in the area but you can always leave your car in the covered parking in the center of El Escorial or in the one a little further down which is not far from the restaurant either.
